To ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking process, we\u2019ve outlined our Booking Payment Terms<\/strong> below.   1. Booking Process<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    To secure your safari with Discover Zanzibar Ltd<\/strong>, please follow these steps:<\/p>

    1. Initial Inquiry and Itinerary<\/strong>: Upon your inquiry, we will provide you with a customized itinerary based on your preferences, including accommodation, activities, and dates.<\/li>
    2. Booking Confirmation<\/strong>: Once you confirm the itinerary and wish to proceed, we will send you a Booking Confirmation<\/strong> that outlines all the details of your safari, including the total cost, accommodations, and activities.<\/li>
    3. Deposit<\/strong>: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost<\/strong> is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This ensures that we can reserve your accommodations, vehicles, and guide services.<\/li><\/ol>
      1. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        We offer various secure and convenient payment methods for your booking:<\/p>

        • Bank Transfer<\/strong>: We will provide our bank details for direct transfers. Payments must be made in full by the due date to avoid any booking issues.<\/li>

                • Rebooking Fees<\/strong>: If you miss the final payment deadline and your booking is canceled, you may incur rebooking fees if you wish to rebook the safari for a different date.<\/li><\/ul>

                    • All payments are quoted in USD<\/strong> (United States Dollars), and any transactions must be made in USD.<\/li>
                    • Currency Exchange<\/strong>: If you are paying in a currency other than USD, please ensure you account for the exchange rate differences and any transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment processor.<\/li><\/ul>
                      1. Confirmation of Payment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                        Once your deposit or balance payment has been received, you will receive an official Payment Confirmation<\/strong> from Discover Zanzibar Ltd<\/strong>. This will include a detailed summary of your booking, including your payment status, balance due (if applicable), and other important travel information.<\/p>

                        1. Payment for Optional Extras and Add-ons<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                          • If you choose to add optional extras, such as a hot air balloon ride, cultural tour, or extra nights, we will provide you with an updated invoice reflecting the new total.<\/li>
                          • These add-ons should be paid in full by the same payment schedule (i.e., at the time of booking or 60 days before departure).<\/li>
                          • Any optional add-ons booked closer to the departure date should be paid immediately to avoid delays or service unavailability.<\/li><\/ul>
                            1. Refunds and Cancellations<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                              • Deposit Refunds<\/strong>: The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable<\/strong>, as it secures your accommodation, safari vehicle, and guide services.<\/li>
                              • Full Payment Refunds<\/strong>: If you cancel your safari more than 60 days prior to departure, the balance payment<\/strong> (after deducting the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.<\/li>
                              • Cancellations within 30 days<\/strong>: No refund will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of departure. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance<\/strong> to cover potential cancellations.<\/li><\/ul>
                                1. Final Payment Reminder<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                  To help ensure that your booking is secured, Discover Zanzibar Ltd\u00a0<\/strong>will send you a reminder email<\/strong> approximately 7 days before your final payment is due. This reminder will include details of your payment schedule and the remaining balance to be paid.<\/p>

                                  1. Changes in Price<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                    Discover Zanzibar Ltd <\/strong>reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in the cost of services (e.g., accommodation, park fees, fuel prices, or currency fluctuations). In such cases:<\/p>
